There's a woman who does the news or weather or something on Talksport who does this, but also betrays northern origins by pronouncing words like bath or grass with a short 'a' as in 'at', rather than saying 'barrth' as you would expect from someone who says 'carr' instead of 'care'.

As a kid in the '70s, I did Braintree market with my Dad. Only about a 30 mile drive from east end but a different world and several different decades. They spoke like they were in deepest Norfolk and dressed like rock-a-billys. Nowadays probably an extension of Romford..
